  • 11 AM - 12 PM - Bike Rack Seminar with Paul Rideout - Learnings from the road! A need to know seminar about toting your bike around the country including advice about bicycle types, where to put them on your rig, and what type of bike racks to buy. 

  • 2 PM - 3 PM - The Portrait Loo by CompoCloset - Come have your Caravan portrait taken on the CompoCloset Cuddy, post your portrait to your IG/FB for a chance to win a Cuddy!

  • 3 PM - 4 PM - The Basics of Safety & Recovery with Tim & Norm of MAXTRAX -Learn the fundamentals of safety on the road or trail and how to handle unexpected challenges. Perfect for all vanlifers, whether you're a newbie or a seasoned traveler. Don't miss this opportunity to gain valuable skills and connect with our supportive community.

  • 4 PM- 5 PM - A Micro Breathwork Session - Hosted by Brittany, certified breathwork and psychedelics facilitator (breathworkcaravan) - In this one-hour session, participants will be invited to engage with an optional micro experience followed by a guided and transformational breathwork session. Bring a water bottle, mat or something to lie down on, wear cozy clothing, and bring a small blanket if you choose. If you need to eat breaktfast prior, keep your meal on the light side. This session is not appropriate for those with epilepsy, pregnancy, or uncontrolled blood pressure issues.

  • 5 PM - 6 PM - Cheers Queers! - Social Float on the River - Bring your floaties and join us for Happy Hour with Vanlife Pride. Float the river, celebrate diversity, make new friends, and enjoy delicious drinks as you cool off in the best way! Everyone is welcome to join the fun!

  • 7 PM - 8 PM - Bingo! with the ever-entertaining Leroy Firewood - Join us for a fun-filled Bingo night! Test your luck, and enjoy a great time with friends and fellow vanlifers. Don’t miss out on the fun!

  • 8 PM - Midnight - Caravan-adelic Vibes - a live painting near the Main Street stage by artist Steve of Continuous Vibes

  • 8 PM - 9:30 PM - A Musical Voyage - Join Nicole Lovince for a musical voyage unlike any other, where every listener is invited to feel seen, heard, and profoundly moved. During Nicole Lovince's performance you can anticipate being taken on a soul-stirring journey through popular music genres and decades, from the smooth melodies of jazz to the infectious beats of R&B, the catchy tunes of pop, and the electrifying energy of rock. Expect more than just a show; anticipate an experience where each note speaks directly to the heart, granting you the freedom to embrace your true self and be witnessed in all your authenticity.

  • 10 PM - MIDNIGHT - DJ Set with Di-Lon -Turn up the energy! From infectious beats to high-energy tracks, Di-Lon is here to keep the party going all night long. Put your dancing shoes on and boogie on down!

  • 9:00 AM - 10 AM - Breakfast at Pino’s - Head to Main Street for breakfast with Pino’s Adventures courtesy of Storyteller Overland, ICECO & TemboTusk

  • 10 AM - 10:45 AM - Meet and Move - In this 45-minute workout, you'll explore games and exercises that are both meant to help you work up a sweat and meet the community at the same time. Wear clothing you can move easily in, shoes are optional. Exercises and games will be accessible for all fitness levels. Hosted by certified personal trainer, Brittany (breathworkcaravan)

  • 11 AM - 11:30 AM - Maintaining spirituality on the road with Paul Rideout - An uplifting discussion about growing your faith while traveling the country. 

  • 12 PM - 1 PM - Women’s Self-Defense Workshop with holistic health coach Jennifer Ismar. Self-defense begins with awareness. With over 10 years experience with Krav Maga, Jen will teach a few combatives and best target areas to aim for when someone gets too close. She will lead a discussion about ways to best protect yourself on the road. No experience or equipment needed.

  • 1:00 PM - 2:30 PM - Cara-VAN-athlon hosted by Leroy Firwood: tacos, tire carrying, bucket-chucking, and all the most important skills for nomadic living

  • 5 PM - 6 PM - Cooking classes from AJ of The Buslife Kitchen sponsored by Opinel - Sharpen your culinary skills and eat some delicious treats!

  • 6 PM -8 PM - Ice Cream Social hosted by ICECO & Pino’s Adventures -Grab some dinner and then stop by Main Street for a sweet treat afterwards!

  • 7 PM - 8 PM - Music by Fort Vine- Start off your evening with the melodic tunes of Fort Vine. Trevor and Nyna, an indie folk duo sings intimate melodies and heartfelt lyrics as they perform live on stage.

  • 9:30 PM - 10 PM - Firedancing with Desert Flames and Finesse- Feel the heat with our mesmerizing fire dancers! Watch as they light up the night with their breathtaking performances, weaving magic with every flicker and flame. Don't miss this fiery spectacle that promises to surely be a highlight!

  • 10 PM - MIDNIGHT - DJ set with REDFOOT - Turn up the vibe with our second, electrifying DJ set! Experience the beats that move you under the stars as our REDFOOT spins the hottest tracks. Join the dance and feel the rhythm of the night at the heart of our festival. Come get your GROOVE ON!!!

  • MIDNIGHT- 2 AM - DJ set with PinkRedPanda - Close down the night with PinkRedPanda! It’s time to dive into the depths of trap/grime, UKG, hip-hop and world music. Get ready for the sounds and songs that will grab you by your hips, stank up your face, and make you lose yourself in dance.

  • 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM - Conservation Talk with Teal Lehto - Come learn about water conservation Protect the Dolores!

  • 12:45 PM - 1:30 PM - Sourdough tortilla workshop - Raise your hand if you eat Flour Tortillas on the regular?! Erin of TheBaconsRebellion is gonna teach ya how to make your own using sourdough “discard.” Easy to maintain and can be used for all kinds of foods that you don’t need an oven for. *Also available for classes at the event or on zoom afterwards!

  • 1:30 PM - 2:30 PM - Step into the sacred space of a Women's and Non-Binary Wisdom Circle, hosted by Nicole Lovince of The Goddess Bath Experience, for a transformative journey of connection, meditation, journaling, chanting, and a manifestation exercise. You will have the opportunity to share and receive the timeless wisdom of the ages for life on the road and beyond. Connect with like-minded individuals in a safe and inclusive space where all women and non-binary individuals are welcome. Embrace the depths of self-discovery as we explore the divine within and manifest our deepest desires together.

  • 4 PM - 6 PM - Dog and Cat Gear Swap! Bring your old dog toys, treats your dog doesn’t like, or extra pet leashes and sweaters to the dog/cat gear swap! Donate your items at any point before the swap at @acceptthewow’s Promaster (located on the lower level, it has a blue roof rack, green ladder on back, and orange mountains on the side). There will be a bin for drop-offs and everyone is welcome, even if you don’t have anything to donate! All used items will be FREE. Anything not swapped will be brought to an animal shelter for donation.

  • 5 PM- 6 PM - Vision Workshop: Clarity Creates Reality - Are you ready to turn your dreams into reality? Join us at the Vision Workshop at the Caravan Event, where we blend meditation, music, and advanced goal-setting techniques based on the neuroscience of Theta Healing. Hosted by Miro “The Hero” Heyink intuitive strategist & Founder of Manifest X. This isn’t just a workshop; it’s a transformative experience designed to give you the opportunity to manifest and embody the vision of your highest self.

  • 6 PM- 7 PM - Trivia Night hosted by the hilarious Leroy Firewood - Test your knowledge and join the fun at Trivia Night! Gather your friends, challenge your mind, and compete in a lively, community-driven atmosphere. Let the games begin!

  • 8:30 PM- 10 PM - DJ set with Moon Siren - Join us under the stars as Moon Siren spins the tracks, creating an unforgettable night of music, movement, and magic. Don't miss the beats that will keep you grooving!

    10 PM- 12 AM - DJ set with Slopestyle -Bringing high-energy beats and a vibrant atmosphere, DJ Slopestyle will keep you dancing all night long!

June 10th (Mon)

  • 10 AM - 10:30 AM - The Caravan Departs - Gather your belongings, say your goodbyes, and set out to explore. Gates open/close at 10:00 AM.
